General Description :
The YueLong Germany long span Cable Tray System was developed for use in thermal and nuclear energy, Oil & Gas, the food industry, the automobile sector and the infrastructure sector (tunnels, environment...) applications .
The standard finish product is constructed from 2.0 mm side (H=150mm) and 1.5mm bottom plate base material with minimum S235JR(equal to Q235B) galvanized+VCI.This cable tray has been widly exported to Germany and Unisted States (America) with a good quality and a heavy duty performance. Yuelong also have a good and long-term cooperation relation with Germany krones group co., LTD about this cable tray for their global projects .Yuelong also is their only qualified supplier in China.
The Long Span System is used where long support spans and high cable load capacities are required.
Our heavy duty versions show a load rating of 20C according to NEMA. Like with all Yuelong cable management systems, you can select from a wide range of sizes, fittings and accessories in various material thicknesses and finishes.
The finish surface treatment options :
Pre-galvanized steel ,VCI , Mild Steel with post production Hot Dip Galvanised and Power coated .
All of which offer the following features or options:
Δ Standard length : 6m length ( 2m/3m/4m is also available)
Δ Site fabricated fittings for all required direction, junction or size changes by different accessories.
Δ Cable tray shall meet the load/span class designation in accordance with NEMA VE 1 and CSA E22.2 No 126.1.Cable tray shall also meet load/span designation in accordance with IEC 61537.
Δ The space between two rungs not more that 300mm.
